being in atlanta with my sister and mom and dog and friends and climate and school and culture and everything. speaking of atlanta...an ex-"friend" of mine wants to "hook-up as friends" when i come back to atlanta. yeah, it's the guy i was talking about before. i told him i was going to ga state and he's going to ga tech...they're like two minutes from each other...but anyways, he wants to hang out with me this summer. ha ha ha. that is so funny. i'm gonna have him eating out of the palm of my hand, again, by the time we get back to school. i'll teach that bastard a lesson or two. but anyways, other than that. i got to talk to him recently and he seems like the pretty cool guy that he always was. anyways, we talked for a couple of hours and i knew i had him by the time he got off that first day a couple days ago. ever since, he's been getting on when he knows i'll be on just to talk to me. what a cupcake. but besides that, i'm gonna hang out with shae shae this summer and get a job to save up for college. oh yeah, daniel, the guy, said he'd help me with that too. anyway, i've already sent most of my things on ahead so all i have to do now is put a few things in the trunk and leave. i'm so excited! oh, i forgot to add that i moved out for like three days because i got mad that my dad got mad at me for missing a spot while sweeping the floor, but then i had to move back in cause i had nowhere else to go. in other news...i won a lot of awards on awards night. i graduate next thursday on the 12th. oh, and tim thinks he's trying to make me jealous somehow by kissing and holding kelly in the back of calculus. i don't want that boy! i swear to god...if i wanted him, i would have him! but anyway, that's about it. i think i'm happy.

i cannot believe this guy. ok, let me put the story on front street first. i was in charlotte. i get into this big fight with my dad so i move to florida, then georgia to live with my mom. while in georgia, i met this guy. he asked me out and i said sure. we went out for the rest of the year. he knew i was gonna move at the end of the year back to north carolina to live back with my dad but he said he wanted to continue a long distance relationship with me because he 'loved' me. anyway, after like five months apart, he decides that he doesn't want to go out with me anymore and why? well because he and my 'friend' had started going out. so he told me he still wants us to be friends. i wasn't really upset about the break up, just upset over the reasons. he broke up with me for a 'friend'. that's just really 'f'ed up isn't it. well anyway, it's been over a year and a half and i hadn't heard a word from him since and he finally decides to email me yesterday. he's like...'guess who...what's up?" how even more 'f'ed up is that. anyway, we'll see how it goes. i'll holla. peace.

oh, well lamar was mad at me yesterday. that's ok, i was mad too. but that's enough of that...i had my CT scan today. they won't tell me anything for the next few days. i really wanna know though. i've been taking all these tests and nobody's told me anything about nothing you know? i just hate having to wait. anyway, they made me drink four cups of some nasty crystal ice lemonade drink with crushed up pills or something in it cause it tasted weird and it was really hard for me to drink. i've been going to the bathroom all day. i hate this. now i'm so tired and sleepy. i think i'm gonna sleep for the rest of the day. then they went to put me on an IV to inject dye into my body so that they could see my organs on the CT scan...they couldn't even find my friggin' veins! the lady couldn't find it in my right arm cause it was so small, so she went over to my left arm and stuck the IV in like three or four times. i was in so much pain. but then she still couldn't find it so she got her assistant radiologist to come over and try to find my vein. she went back over to my right arm, took a good while looking for the vein again, and had to stick me twice before she finally got it. that was just way too much for me. but i can't wait to get my results back. i'm so nervous, but we'll see how it goes. ok, i feel like puking from all that water so i'm gonna do that and then i'm gonna take a long nap. i'll holla.

wow, i hadn't been on this thing in a hot little minute. what's up guys? so, yesterday was prom. it was a lot of fun. i mean, it was REALLY fun. i saw all my friends, everybody was all dressed up with their nails done and their hair did. it was great. we all went in a group. it was me, lamar, lang, brim, brim's cousin, bobo, amanda, rebecca, and rebecca's brother john. we all went over to becky's house where we talked, ate, got dressed, got our makeup and hair done, all that. then we left for the prom. that was really fun. i danced with everyone. i danced with brim, rebecca, lamar, lang, lawrence, leniqua, MITCH, and a few other folks. MITCH was the most...interesting one that i danced with. let's just say that he got REALLY EXCITED. how doI know? well i felt it all up in my groin, stomach, my chest, all that. no, i'm exaggerating, but it was wild. he's so funny. he was pulling me in all close and like trying to hold my but-tocks to pull me in REALLY CLOSE. uh huh, i know what that was all about. he almost punctured one of my ovaries with that thing! but it was all good, all fun. 's s express' was holding it down. me and mitch were gonna have a dance-off with lamar and leniqua, but i know we would have won, so we let that one go. it was great. leniqua told me that lamar was mad when lemitch did that...grabbed me away from him to dance with him. i will say though, that mitch was VERY VERYsmooth the way he walked up to me, grabbed me, and started to dance with me. i swear to god that was one of the smoothest things i'd ever seen in my life. that's close to when lamar and i first started talking and lamar asked me for my number. the way lamar did that was so smooth too. then i danced with lawrence. i got too low for him. he couldn't handle all that jelly you know what i'm sayin? yeah you do. then trey's high 'a' thought i was drunk. i probably was. that "sparkling cider" didn't taste nonalcoholic. i think becky's parents picked up the wrong bottle. i really think they did cause i was wild that whole time. it was great. i hit the running man on the dance floor with "l-dub" aka leniqua. oh, and lang danced with four guys at the same time (bobo, john, lamar, robert). it was the funniest thing in the world. i loved it. we did the cha cha slide and the electric slide too. but they didn't play my song that night, "get low". oh well, next time. i hung out with leniqua a lot of the time there. OH!...lawrence got braces! that is so wild. why in the 'h' did he go and get braces on the day before prom and mess up shanelle's prom pictures like that. he could have waited one more day. that was messed up. now he won't even smile. he tries to hold it in, but he can't fight it when he's around me. i have that power over him. whenever he sees me or i talk to him, he just has to smile, i swear to god. oh, i saw raven. i love raven. that's my little buddy. she was looking right last night. she had her hair, nails, makeup did and her dress was pretty. she's really cool. who else...oh, natalie and her boyfriend...oh god. wow, he's not all that, but whatever. i saw pernell (nuff said). i saw mr. lowe too and i was gonna drop it on him and i asked him if he was gonna dance, but he said no, but that he might, but he didn't. i was very diasppointed. mr. daniel or mr. carr wasn't there. or at least i didn't see them. ok, well that was pretty much it. fun huh? yep. and then afterwards, we went back to becky's house. we did nothing but talk and play cards. we were gonna go bowling, but that didn't work out. matt picked us up later after everybody else had already gone. we went back to my house where i missed my curfew by minutes and was miraculously not punished for it. ok, then the day after the prom, today, was pretty fun. i got to hang out with lamar. matt picked me up and the three of us went to his house to hang out. i had dinner with them and then matt went off to work and me and lamar hung out alone for the next two and a half hours. i guess you could say that we had fun. i won't share what we did here though, but i will say that we had ALOT OF FUN. now it's sunday night and i'm ready for bed. i'm so tired. ok then. till next time. holla.

today's my birthday. i've been thinking about 50 cent's song "in da club" all day. 'go shawty, it's ya birthday.' i had a pretty good time. everybody at school was very receptive to me. i got a lot of hugs and then mr. lowe, being the loud fat bald white guy that he is, announces that it's my birthday and leads the class in singing happy birthday to me. it was pretty fun. i went to the doctor's office today and they finally had my bloodwork back. they did unfortunately find something wrong. there's something wrong with my pancreas and gall bladder. yeah. i have a swollen pancreas and gall stones (possibly) in my gall bladder, which rarely happens in girls my age...it usually only happens in older (40-50 years old) women. it's all good though. i'm not really worried about it. they're gonna send me in for further tests and see if they can't remove my gall bladder and what they're gonna do about my pancreas. i might have to have some sort of surgery to get it removed. that should be fun. other than that...i went out to ryan's with my dad and brother and my dad's friend for a birthday dinner. then we got back and now i'm gonna go do homework, then go to bed. that's about it for my special day. peace.

it's monday. it's raining. i'm tired. i'm bored. so, they might cancel prom. that would be really messed up if that happened. not enough people are buying tickets. well, let's see, what might be the problem? could it be the PRICE OF THE TICKETS!! yeah, i think that might be it. the price is just ridiculous. anyway...the 'S S Express' was explained to me and this person 'supposedly' didn't know what they were talking about, so i'm gonna take a chance and go ahead and believe them. it's all good now. today was darnell's birthday. tomorow is mine. tim told me happy birthday today in case he forgot to tell me tomorrow, which i know he definately won't. that's about it. oh, and lawrence and leniqua...work it out young people. ok, gotta go rest. peace.

the 'S S Express'. goodness gracious. i really didn't need to hear about that tonight. i was very disappointed and disgusted with this person. but whatever man, i'm 100% over it now. i'm actually glad that i heard it now. that just put me in a bad mood and i'll probably stay in a bad mood for the rest of the month now too; great. anyways, i talked to leniqua and lawrence today on the phone for like two hours. it was fun. we are all so funny together. it makes me wanna go to chapel hill with them next year ya know? i'm gonna miss those two and all of their sexual tension. don't you just hate sexual tension? especially when you're with two people who have sexual tension and then the sexual tension like enters your body and makes you feel all weird. i don't know, maybe it's just me. but i hope their sexual tension boils into at least a small kiss or something. no, not a small kiss, a really big wet kiss. that's what i want from them within the next month and a half. just that one small thing. and speaking of kissing, i'm really starting to miss the physical interactions that a relationship is supposed to provide. something that i'm supposed to be getting everyday, i'm getting only like every 6 or 8 months. that's really not cool. i'm getting lonely. and then i'm gonna be in college in atlanta and that's gonna make it even harder for me to have that...but whatever, hopefully something good will work out in my life. ok, what else...? wow, the 'S S Express'. i will not get over that. but moving right along. i hadn't talked to lamar for a while. i guess he's been tired or partying, one. i don't know. i kinda think he may have an attitude with me for some reason, but i don't know what for. it's all good though. oh, so i finally bought the prom dress with the no straps and my small boobs. but i'm gonna get it altered to fit my body ya know so i can look 'tight' in it. oh yeah man! um...but other than that...my life is pretty much dull. nothing new, nothing special--except for the 'S S Express'. i think that's gonna be my new permanent title for this blog thing. oh, and what in the world does a guy do with a hand vaccuum under his bed? more particualarlly, what does a guy do with a hand vaccuum under his bed...AT NIGHT???? think about it. i asked lawrence and he acted like he didn't know, but i know. he was just being shy, but whatever. ok, well i'm gonna go to sleep now and try to get the 'S S Express' out of my head. ok then. bye bye for now.

i am almost out of high school. thank god! i 'F'-ing hate charlotte. i can't wait to get the 'H' out of here. sure, i'm gonna miss the some people, but i just wouldn't be able to stand living here knowing that i didn't have to and that i could be living somewhere else. the only good things i got from charlotte were lamar, leniqua and some other friends like brim, lang, and everybody else, and medical science and HOSA and HOSA bowl. other than that, i hate this town so much. if i had to live here for the rest of my life, i would just kill myself, no joke. i can't wait to go home to atlanta. the people, the music, the city, the atmosphere and environment...i just love it. one of the first things i'm gonna do when i get there is that i'm gonna get my best friend riche and we're gonna go down to the mcdonalds in the wal-mart in jonesboro (town next to riverdale, atlanta, where i used to live) and curse out that stupid 'A' hole Leonard Daniel Neely. i want to know why he dumped me really and if him and that other girl are still going out. that kind of thing just really 'P's me off. i cannot believe he dumped me for my 'friend'. whatever though. i'm over it now, but i'm still mad about it. we had been going out for seven months and he went and did something stupid like that. he supposedly loved me or whatever and he goes and does that. maybe he was just mad cause i never told him that i loved him back. he would tell me 'i love you' then i'd be like 'ok', but whatever. it wasn't worth anything. i've moved on to bigger and better things. oh, so i looked at the dress that i'm getting today for prom, but i didn't get it yet. it's baby blue and tight at the top and not so tight at the bottom and strapless. now if you don't know already, i do not trust strapless dresses. i'm not a really big chested girl (but i hold my own) so i don't trust my breasts supporting a dress on my chest, ya know what i mean? maybe i should get some implants when i'm a little older, but nah, i'm prefectly happy with myself. besides, they'll get a cup size bigger after i have my first child, so i'm good till then. i have great small boobs for my body by the way...i thought i'd just throw that in there. i haven't had any complaints yet. but anyway, oh darnell jefferson is a genius. he can look at a girl (i guess at their chests) and tell them what their bra size is. he's a prodigy. i didn't believe that he could do it at first until he guessed mine right, then i became a believer. but moving along...i haven't heard from my 'buddy' justin today. i'm getting worried about him. casey hadn't heard from him either. freaky. ok, that's it. i'm gonna go do something meaningless now. bye bye.

finally, i'm back. it's been about a week and i'm finally back on the ball. we went to greensboro and we actually got second place. i swear to god, we went in there trying not to pass the test cause we wanted to spend all saturday shopping. we were the first ones done and we ended up being in one of the top five finalists. we went on to the next round...not even knowing what the next round was all about and got the rules and instructions 15 minutes before we started and we went in there, still clueless, and got second place. now that's good. if we had known what was going on and studied and took our time, we would have hands down got first, but oh well, i'm happy with second. we each (me, leniqua, and casey perrill) got a $750 scholarship for our 2nd place win to this one school that i'm not going to, so it doesn't even matter. but anyways, us three girls had a great time. i had to sleep with ms. bland cause casey and leniqua didn't want to sleep with her, but i didn't mind. so there were two dances. the first one, me and leniqua and casey went for a while. it was pretty lame. no one was dancing. me and leniqua did hit that running man though, so that was cool. and we did the cha cha slide twice. that was fun too. then on the way to our hotel room, we met justin in the elevator. leniqua said something to him first, asked his name, and then he turned and asked her name and then my name. casey invited him and his three friends back to our room. there was a little flirting between leniqua and me and him and his friends. casey wasn't getting any attention, so she went into the room and left us out in the hall alone. we talked for a while and justin told me and leniqua and casey to go to his room later that night and i said maybe, if we have time. so he said to come over tomorrow and that he'd call us later that night, so we said ok then they left and we went in the room. later that night, like at 1 and 2 in the morning, justin kept calling wanting to talk to me. so i talked for a little bit, then after that, he kept calling and i just got too tired, so leniqua and casey talked to him. that next day, we finished our competition, went by justin's room, picked him up, went to the mall, then went back to our room for the rest of the day. he kept offering to buy me stuff at the mall, but i was like, that's ok. he only wears polo shirts by the way. and he's so tall. like 6'2 or 6'3. very tall. so after the mall, we all went back to our room and just chilled for a few hours. justin kept staring at me which was really freaky. casey noticed it too and picked on me about it later, but it's all good. he kept trying to put his hands on me and touch me. but anyway, after that, we had to get ready for the awards ceremony, so he had to leave. we all got ready and met him downstairs. his school was gonna leave after the awards ceremony, so we all exchanged email addresses and phone numbers, except me...i just exchanged my email address. but anyway, we took a few pictures with him and hugged him goodbye. he hugged me the longest and didn't want to let go, so that was kinda weird. oh, and something else funny that happened. he had given leniqua this mixed cd of 'slow jams'. i was like, 'what about me'? and then he tried to take the cd out of leniqua's hands and give it to me. casey was laughing so hard, it was so funny. leniqua got kinda mad i saw. it was all in fun though. he's supposed to be making me one and then sending it to me. so at the awards ceremony, they have this camera that they pan across the guests and zoom in on people and stuff before the whole thing starts. so me and casey made this sign that said, 'SINGLE, RM# 2481 (CALL US)". we made it in really thick black marker letters and when the camera lady saw that, she zoomed in on it and everyone (over 2000 people) saw it and just busted out laughing. i was the one holding it up and i could not stop laughing after that. of course no one called us, but it was a really good laugh for us all. so we went to outback after that then went to our room and packed, then went to bed. we left the next morning and now i'm home and bored. maybe i'll go clean my room now. oh yeah, the big slumber party with leniqua for friday has been canceled if not postponed. she got into a fight with her brother, now we can't go. that's cool. next time. ok then, that's it and i'm out.

Well, i went to state, we didn't win anything for science olympiad, but we all had a great time. we hung out and just chilled so that was fun. i finally feel that things are almost normal with HOSA state done and science olympiad state done and that senior exit done, finally. that's pretty much it. i have a headache now, i'm going to bed. i'm out.

well, it's time for another state competition and this one is for science olympiad. i'm doing like four events so i'm gonna be busy busy busy. but it should be fun though. it's gonna be like eight girls and four or five guys i think. it's not a lot of people. but i hope we do good. only the top two schools make it to state. but enough about that. i'm finally done with my senior exit. i'm so glad that it's over. i was so nervous giving my presentation which everyone was so surprised about because i stand up in front of judges all the time and give speeches for debate. plus, since i got nervous, i told my 12 and a half minute speech in like 6 minutes. i got really screwed up. but that's ok, cause leniqua did the same thing. speaking of leniqua, she invited me to have a slumber party with her at her house in a couple of weeks. it's gonna be so fun, i can't wait. there's gonna be karaoke and lawrence and trey are gonna come over to hang out. it's just gonna be a lot of fun. oh yeah, trey liked me earlier this year before he found out i had a boyfriend, but i know he still wants to holla sometimes. and i think lawrence might still like me just an eency weency bit. but today at school, i was just so tired. me and leniqua. leniqua is so cool. she's 98% like me, just louder. oh, and in english today, we were drawing clips of colored paper from this bag to see which groups we were in and when i drew the same color as mitch, he lit up i swear to god. he got so excited. he was like calling me from the other side of the room...'hey jennifer, looks like we're in the same group!' with this big grin on his face. that boy has issues. but other than that, nothing's really new in my life. lamar thinks i'm mad at him again. but i'm not. i've only been mad at him like two or three times in the fifteen months that we've been going out. i think that's pretty good, don't you. compared to other couples anyways. and i think we only had one argument and that crap was over a stupid rumor that this dude told me. but i love him. so what's coming up for me? oh, nationals for HOSA in atlanta in june, then end of june and we already have a problem. shanelle might not be able to go. that's gonna really mess up our team for nationals. now mrs. mauldin is trying to put a sophomore who has never done HOSA bowl before and is probably only in med sci II on the number one team and that just is not fair. i'm really mad about that actually and i'll probably end up quitting the team myself cause we're not gonna go anywhere anyways. oh well. that's just so screwed up. but the friday after next, i should be in atlanta with my sister, visiting my old middle school teachers and a few high school teachers. oh yeah, there's a rumor about me in riverdale (atlanta) that the reason i left in the 10th grade was because i got pregnant with my ex-boyfriend's baby! isn't that just bullcrap? i could not believe that. yeah, we went out for like 7 months, but geeze, i didn't have sex with that dude. i can't believe people thought that i was a hoe like that. just because my best friend does that kind of stuff, doesn't mean that i do. whatever though, it's all gravy. as long as i know what's real, it's all cool with me. every time i leave a school, there's a rumor about me. i'm not hatin though. ok, what else is going on? well i'm supposed to be in atlanta, like i said, in a week. my mom is supposed to be taking me out to a chippendale's or something while we're out there for my 18th, which is in 19 days. i'm so excited. it'll be like a week before i'm 18 when we go to that place and maybe a club or two, but hopefully they'll still let me in. i can't wait to see my sister though. i love that girl. i haven't seen her in months. she thinks that i'm like the coolest person in the world, so that makes me feel good. ok, well i'm gonna go get some rest and then get up later to pack for tomorrow and saturday. wish me luck. bye bye.

i finally got back from greensboro and oh boy! that was a whole lot of fun. I went up there a day earlier than everyone else with a few other people and we basically hung out all day and studied for our event. that night, the five of us (me, greg, carlos, shanelle, and andrea) watched american idol and then went hot tubbin' which was really wild. greg kept making all these sexual innuendos about me and everyone all had a good laugh. it was very vulgar too. but after that, we went back to our rooms, showered, met up in shanelle's suite, and studied. since shanelle's suite had two rooms and two beds, we guessed a number from greg and carlos to see who got to sleep in a bed by themselves in one of the rooms and of course i won, so that was a good thing. so that next morning, everybody else showed up and we all did our different things. i shared a room with alisha, bridget, and danielle and i slept with alisha both nights. she's cool. i like her. so that thursday, i went to the mall and studied with greg all day for our event because no one else wanted to study with us. that guy still wants me and i know it. but besides that, we went to opening session and right after that, we went to take our test in which we got first, the other team got second, which is good too. me and greg went back to his room to study after we found out. we studied until like 12:30 am then i got sleepy and went to bed in my room. the next morning, we got up early, studied, ate breakfast with george and stephan and the rest of our team, and went on to the buzzer round. we won every round and got first place, our other team got second. the awards session was fun at first, then it got boring because it was so long. after that, we all got changed and went down to the dance. the dance was really fun. i danced till midnight with a lot of different people. i danced with shanelle, deon, greg, george, raven, chante, and danielle. oh, and i danced with stephan. it was a really good dance. i was grinding and shaking and moving and grooving. it was just so much fun. i'm so sorry that it was onlyf or an hour and a half. but there's always nationals and prom i guess. so after that, i went back to my room, showered, then went to bed. oh, and i repacked back up. that next morning, i got dressed and we got back on the buses and went home. i miss greensboro and the experience already. my last year at state. i'm so sad now. but oh well, that's what memories are for. well today, i've been working all day on my senior exit product because we have to present everything tues, weds, and thurs of this week, so i don't have a lot of time left. ok then, i'm gonna get back to that. bye for now.

well today was a pretty ok day. i had a pretty good time today. i got up all tired and sleepy cause i didn't go to bed til like 11:30 trying to finish up my senior exit product and i had to get up at 5:30 in the morning, so i was really tired. i had to take my biology quarter exam which i know i got at least a 100 on. we did that all period then i went to medical science and we did nothing but talk about our big trip to greensboro tomorrow and through saturday. then i went to get my cap and gown...finally. it looks ok except that i don't like maroon, but it's all good. then i went to lunch to gossip and then on to computer applications. it's a pretty lame class, but i get to talk and gossip with leniqua, which, by the way, i think is one of maybe two of my only black female friends. black girls are just too ghetto for me. but anyway, we talked about everything all period. then she walked me to english, which she does every B day just so she can see lawrence, but whatever. i'm not gonna hate on her. and then i was in english. the class that mitch and tim look forward to i'm sure. they're like in love with me i swear. they sit right next to each other and they both like me. when they both come into the classroom, they always have to come up to me first, rub my shoulder, and say something to me. it makes me feel so special, but really though. they did that today as a matter of fact. first tim came in, rubbed my shoulder, said wassup, and asked me why i hadn't called him in forever. then like three minutes later mitch came in, rubbed my shoulder, said wassup, and did that little smile thing he does every time he talks to me. he's so funny. i did nothing all that class either but sit there and doodle. oh, and darnell said something to me this morning. he saw me walking, pulled me aside, and asked me why i wasn't in calculus yesterday so i told him and went on my way. he really wants me too. but after english, i got on the bus, went home, ate a burger and drank a sierra mist, then started on my senior exit product. it's actually coming along pretty good. i hope i do ok on it. then i checked my email and saw that i got something from lamar. i always get excited when i get mail from either lamar, riche, or leniqua. i love them all. but anyway, that's about it for today. as for now, i'm gonna go take a nap and then get up to do other things. and i gotta make sure to watch buffy and american idol tonight. and even later on...i gotta pack. peace.
