well, it's time for another state competition and this one is for science olympiad. i'm doing like four events so i'm gonna be busy busy busy. but it should be fun though. it's gonna be like eight girls and four or five guys i think. it's not a lot of people. but i hope we do good. only the top two schools make it to state. but enough about that. i'm finally done with my senior exit. i'm so glad that it's over. i was so nervous giving my presentation which everyone was so surprised about because i stand up in front of judges all the time and give speeches for debate. plus, since i got nervous, i told my 12 and a half minute speech in like 6 minutes. i got really screwed up. but that's ok, cause leniqua did the same thing. speaking of leniqua, she invited me to have a slumber party with her at her house in a couple of weeks. it's gonna be so fun, i can't wait. there's gonna be karaoke and lawrence and trey are gonna come over to hang out. it's just gonna be a lot of fun. oh yeah, trey liked me earlier this year before he found out i had a boyfriend, but i know he still wants to holla sometimes. and i think lawrence might still like me just an eency weency bit. but today at school, i was just so tired. me and leniqua. leniqua is so cool. she's 98% like me, just louder. oh, and in english today, we were drawing clips of colored paper from this bag to see which groups we were in and when i drew the same color as mitch, he lit up i swear to god. he got so excited. he was like calling me from the other side of the room...'hey jennifer, looks like we're in the same group!' with this big grin on his face. that boy has issues. but other than that, nothing's really new in my life. lamar thinks i'm mad at him again. but i'm not. i've only been mad at him like two or three times in the fifteen months that we've been going out. i think that's pretty good, don't you. compared to other couples anyways. and i think we only had one argument and that crap was over a stupid rumor that this dude told me. but i love him. so what's coming up for me? oh, nationals for HOSA in atlanta in june, then end of june and we already have a problem. shanelle might not be able to go. that's gonna really mess up our team for nationals. now mrs. mauldin is trying to put a sophomore who has never done HOSA bowl before and is probably only in med sci II on the number one team and that just is not fair. i'm really mad about that actually and i'll probably end up quitting the team myself cause we're not gonna go anywhere anyways. oh well. that's just so screwed up. but the friday after next, i should be in atlanta with my sister, visiting my old middle school teachers and a few high school teachers. oh yeah, there's a rumor about me in riverdale (atlanta) that the reason i left in the 10th grade was because i got pregnant with my ex-boyfriend's baby! isn't that just bullcrap? i could not believe that. yeah, we went out for like 7 months, but geeze, i didn't have sex with that dude. i can't believe people thought that i was a hoe like that. just because my best friend does that kind of stuff, doesn't mean that i do. whatever though, it's all gravy. as long as i know what's real, it's all cool with me. every time i leave a school, there's a rumor about me. i'm not hatin though. ok, what else is going on? well i'm supposed to be in atlanta, like i said, in a week. my mom is supposed to be taking me out to a chippendale's or something while we're out there for my 18th, which is in 19 days. i'm so excited. it'll be like a week before i'm 18 when we go to that place and maybe a club or two, but hopefully they'll still let me in. i can't wait to see my sister though. i love that girl. i haven't seen her in months. she thinks that i'm like the coolest person in the world, so that makes me feel good. ok, well i'm gonna go get some rest and then get up later to pack for tomorrow and saturday. wish me luck. bye bye.

i finally got back from greensboro and oh boy! that was a whole lot of fun. I went up there a day earlier than everyone else with a few other people and we basically hung out all day and studied for our event. that night, the five of us (me, greg, carlos, shanelle, and andrea) watched american idol and then went hot tubbin' which was really wild. greg kept making all these sexual innuendos about me and everyone all had a good laugh. it was very vulgar too. but after that, we went back to our rooms, showered, met up in shanelle's suite, and studied. since shanelle's suite had two rooms and two beds, we guessed a number from greg and carlos to see who got to sleep in a bed by themselves in one of the rooms and of course i won, so that was a good thing. so that next morning, everybody else showed up and we all did our different things. i shared a room with alisha, bridget, and danielle and i slept with alisha both nights. she's cool. i like her. so that thursday, i went to the mall and studied with greg all day for our event because no one else wanted to study with us. that guy still wants me and i know it. but besides that, we went to opening session and right after that, we went to take our test in which we got first, the other team got second, which is good too. me and greg went back to his room to study after we found out. we studied until like 12:30 am then i got sleepy and went to bed in my room. the next morning, we got up early, studied, ate breakfast with george and stephan and the rest of our team, and went on to the buzzer round. we won every round and got first place, our other team got second. the awards session was fun at first, then it got boring because it was so long. after that, we all got changed and went down to the dance. the dance was really fun. i danced till midnight with a lot of different people. i danced with shanelle, deon, greg, george, raven, chante, and danielle. oh, and i danced with stephan. it was a really good dance. i was grinding and shaking and moving and grooving. it was just so much fun. i'm so sorry that it was onlyf or an hour and a half. but there's always nationals and prom i guess. so after that, i went back to my room, showered, then went to bed. oh, and i repacked back up. that next morning, i got dressed and we got back on the buses and went home. i miss greensboro and the experience already. my last year at state. i'm so sad now. but oh well, that's what memories are for. well today, i've been working all day on my senior exit product because we have to present everything tues, weds, and thurs of this week, so i don't have a lot of time left. ok then, i'm gonna get back to that. bye for now.

well today was a pretty ok day. i had a pretty good time today. i got up all tired and sleepy cause i didn't go to bed til like 11:30 trying to finish up my senior exit product and i had to get up at 5:30 in the morning, so i was really tired. i had to take my biology quarter exam which i know i got at least a 100 on. we did that all period then i went to medical science and we did nothing but talk about our big trip to greensboro tomorrow and through saturday. then i went to get my cap and gown...finally. it looks ok except that i don't like maroon, but it's all good. then i went to lunch to gossip and then on to computer applications. it's a pretty lame class, but i get to talk and gossip with leniqua, which, by the way, i think is one of maybe two of my only black female friends. black girls are just too ghetto for me. but anyway, we talked about everything all period. then she walked me to english, which she does every B day just so she can see lawrence, but whatever. i'm not gonna hate on her. and then i was in english. the class that mitch and tim look forward to i'm sure. they're like in love with me i swear. they sit right next to each other and they both like me. when they both come into the classroom, they always have to come up to me first, rub my shoulder, and say something to me. it makes me feel so special, but really though. they did that today as a matter of fact. first tim came in, rubbed my shoulder, said wassup, and asked me why i hadn't called him in forever. then like three minutes later mitch came in, rubbed my shoulder, said wassup, and did that little smile thing he does every time he talks to me. he's so funny. i did nothing all that class either but sit there and doodle. oh, and darnell said something to me this morning. he saw me walking, pulled me aside, and asked me why i wasn't in calculus yesterday so i told him and went on my way. he really wants me too. but after english, i got on the bus, went home, ate a burger and drank a sierra mist, then started on my senior exit product. it's actually coming along pretty good. i hope i do ok on it. then i checked my email and saw that i got something from lamar. i always get excited when i get mail from either lamar, riche, or leniqua. i love them all. but anyway, that's about it for today. as for now, i'm gonna go take a nap and then get up to do other things. and i gotta make sure to watch buffy and american idol tonight. and even later on...i gotta pack. peace.
